The NSW Authorities issued 34 Pure Catastrophe Declarations over the weekend so instant assist reaches NSW flood victims. 

Catastrophe declarations have been issued for the next Native Authorities Areas: 

Armidale, Bellingen, Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Canterbury Bankstown, Central Coast, Cessnock Metropolis, Clarence Valley, Coffs Harbour Metropolis, Cumberland, Dungog, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Hornsby, Interior West, Kempsey, Ku-ring-gai, Lake Macquarie, Liverpool, Maitland Metropolis, Mid-Coast, Nambucca Valley, Newcastle Metropolis, Northern Seashores, Parramatta, Penrith, Port Macquarie-Hastings, Port Stephens, Sutherland, Tenterfield Blacktown, The Hills and Wollondilly. 

NSW Emergency Companies Minister David Elliott introduced catastrophe help on Sunday together with: 

– Assist for these whose houses and belongings are broken

– Assist for native councils to wash up and restore public belongings

 – Loans with cheaper rates of interest for small companies, farmers and non-profit organisations

– freight subsidies for farmers 

– grants for non-profit organisations
